Jodhpur, 15 December 2011: Mr. Om Praskash Maheswari, Additonal AE(N) (Civil) of Jodhpur Electricity Board Limited has been awarded with First Prize of Energy Conservation Award - 2011. Energy Minister, Dr. Jitendra Singh along with three Secretary of Electricity Board Limited (Rajasthan) were also present on the occasion.

He was awarded for his book entitled "Beejli Bachane ke Tarike (http://scientificpub.com/productdetail.php?bid=45)" in hindi language published by Scientific Publishers (India). In his book, he has suggested easy methods to conserve energy and electricity.  He has also written the book "Beejli Kesse Bachain" and received the state level award in 2008. He has written many articles on Energy Conservation which has been published in state level newspapers and magazines.
