S. Jananai
Dr. S. JANANI has completed her Ph.D degree in Agricultural Extension in Agricultural College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. She has done her doctoral research on “Entrepreneurial Orientation of Rural Youth - An Analysis” and her master’s degree research was on “Training Needs of Seed Growers and Seed Dealers with respect to Promoting Quality Pulses Seed Production”. She has published several research articles, popular articles and review articles in reputed national and international journals. She has presented several research papers and posters in several national and international seminars. She has been awarded with Rajiv Gandhi National Merit Fellowship for pursuing her doctoral degree. She has authored a book titled "Extension Methods at a Glance" and "Objective Agricultural Sciences". Presently she is working as a Assistant Professor (Agricultural Extension) in Adhiyamaan College of Agriculture and Research, Athimugam, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
T.N. Sujeetha
The author is a doctorate in the field of Agricultural Extension. She has completed her U.G., P.G. and Ph.D degree programmes in Agricultural College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She has published several research articles, popular articles and review articles in reputed national and international journals. She has participated in several national and international conferences and has won several awards viz., Best Poster Award, Best Presenter Award and Best Paper Award in the field of Agricultural Extension. She has been awarded with Rajiv Gandhi National Merit Fellowship for pursuing her doctoral degree. Presently she is working as Research Associate in the department of e-extension, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.
R. Harish
Mr. R. Harish is Masters in Business Administration, with specialization in Agribusiness from Agricultural College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He is having a work experience of three and half years in the field of agriculture marketing as Territory Manager and Management Sales Trainee from Monsanto India Limited, a leading agriculture input industry. He has also been involved in R&D as Manager Business Incubation and Agriculture Extension in forming and registration of three Farmers producer companies funded by NABARD. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor (Agriculture and Rural Management) in Adhiyamaan College of Agriculture and Research, Athimugam, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
M. Asokhan
Dr. M. Asokhan is a Professor and Head, Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology, TNAU, Coimbatore. M. Asokhan was awarded Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Extension from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Coimbatore, where he started his professional career as Assistant Professor in Agricultural Extension. He has experience of over 18 years in teaching, research & extension. He has served as Programme coordinator KVK and Professor and Head, in Sugarcane Research Station. He has organized several on-campus and off campus trainings. He has published several research papers and articles in various reputed journals, books and magazines. He has acted as Vice-President of Society of Extension Education, TNAU, Tamil Nadu. He has also acted as member in various selection committee. He has guided considerable number of students in the extension discipline and he acted as Advisory Committee Members for students from different disciplines like Rural Management, Economics, Agronomy and other disciplines. He has completed more than eight research projects.
