About the Authors:
Dr. Sudhir Chandra is B.Sc & M.Sc. (Special Paper Ecology) from Udaipur and Ph.D. on Embryology from Delhi University in 1971. The author started working on “Dictionary of Commemortive Plant Generic Names in the year 1968, while a research student (16 Vols Publ. By Bishen Singh Mahendra Pal Singh, Dehra Dun, continuing and will be completed in 28 to 30 vols). The work represents 47 years of sustained research having scanned and searched major libraries of India.
